About Us 1Hi, I’m Monika and with over 20 years of experience in business administration and working as an executive assistant and administration manager, I founded Adminsanity.

Throughout my career i have worked with business owners, CEO's and directors in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, construction and administrative and supporting services.

I have a BA in Interpreting and Translation from Western Sydney University as well as a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law & Practice from the Australian National University.

I have a high degree of professionalism, maturity, loyalty, confidentiality and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. I always aim to go above and beyond to ensure the best systems are in place to allow your business to function as efficiently as possible.

I am accustomed to working in a high pressure environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential whilst also having a positive, easy-going and flexible attitude. I possess a natural aptitude for technology and am highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office.
